You might remember a while back we had a thing on Chris Nieratko’s mission to take some skate gear to Cuba for the kids there. This came about after he saw a film about the Cuban skate scene and the inability to get skateboards because of the U.S. trade embargo. Well, the trip happened earlier in the year and now there’s a couple of clips on VBS about it. The trip had Rick McCrank, Zered Bassett, Mike Anderson, Ron Deily and more skating demos and handing out the donated product. The products came from the good guys at 5boro, Acapulco Gold, Antihero, Autobahn Wheels, Bones Wheels, Dakine, Dwindle, Es, Flip and a tonne more. Head over to Nieratko’s site here for the clips.
