Billabong buying part of Surfstitch

According to this article in the Sydney Morning Herald, Billabong is buying a stake in the online surf apparel retailer, Surfstitch. There’s no word on what they’ve paid or how much they’ve bought but apparently there is a provision for Billabong to acquire 100% of the company in the future.
