Turns out the ‘Search’ for ‘Somewhere’ ran out of steam at a little known break named Uluwatu, with equally unknown Padang Padang as a backup. Incase your sarcasm detector is broken, I’m totally joking about the unknown part. Reportedly the plan was to host the event at Gnaraloo in Western Australia, but the locals weren’t having any part of that and thousands of signitures were collected to protest the event. I’m watching the stream now. Some audio issue’s but it’s pretty good. I can’t believe their trying to play it off like it’s ‘somewhere in Indo’ and not Uluwatu. It looks like today’s (Wednesday) heats are at Padang Padang.

Yes, today’s ‘top secret location’ is indeed Padang Padang, with some pretty amazing surfing and high scoring going on… Just not happy about the time difference for me, I am able to only catch the last three hours of the day which mean I missed Kelly Slater’s heat where he scored a 10 and a 9…. That guy just doesn’t know how to do anything wrong…
Oh, and I’m glad you are having the audio issues too Rick, because I thought it was just me…
