You probably already know a little about this but Rick and I wanted to put a personal note with the exciting release below and let you know a bit about the deal we’ve done and what the plans are. Rick and I have established a Joint Venture partnership with the Lifelounge Group. They are going to provide Pop with sales support, management support and takeover backend tasks (accounting, etc.) in addition to helping Rick and I reach our own goals for Pop.
But the main benefit to partnering with a creative company like Lifelounge is the shared understanding of the importance of pushing the design and photography to new levels. Combine this with their history and respect for board sports, and we have the resources to continuing making each issue of Pop Magazine better than the last.
