A while ago I posted about the kickflip contest that is being held by Volcom. Well since then, surfing has got even more urban with a handful of people trying to work there way around the obvious difficulties that come with putting a handrail on a wave. That’s right, taking it to the streets from the ocean, kind of like the deadly Street Sharks. This is the only clip I could find that we are allowed to watch in Australia, but it is also the subject of an upcoming episode of FuelTV’s popular ‘Built To Shred‘ series. What’s Next?*

*I had a good think about it and I’m stumped. Skateboarding in the mountains? Done. Snowboarding in the streets? Done. And so on…. I give up.
