AST Becomes Alli

Dew Tour owner AST has had a change in business format and name. AST will morph into Alli (Alliance of Action Sports) and is now partnered with other high profile events like the Maloof Money Cup. Alli is a production partner that basically helps to get TV time and publicity for the events under their umbrella. They are looking to include surf events in the future as well as expanding their expertice to events outside of the US. Alli is owned by MTV and NBC – you can read more about it here.
