Yuki Kadono’s Winning Back to Back 16s

For all the bitching about style and spinning to win, Yuki deserves so much kudos for how solidly he lands the second 16 in this run, if for nothing else.

This run won him the Burton U.S. Open slope contest for 2015 and deservedly so – he scored 90.05 ahead of second place getter Mark McMorris on 87.80 points (who landed back to back triple cork 14s). Check the run from McMorris below and top ten scores under that.
