GetUp.Org – the website/community action group who are doing great things, have got a contest running on their site for the Save The Net Campaign. For those that are unfamiliar, the Save The Net Campaign is about stopping the governements introduction of a mandatory internet filter – according to Wikileaks, the only other countries to employ these types of filters are the governments of China and the United Arab Emirates… wonderful, free nations that are not at all restriced by opressive rulers. Ahem. So anyway, the contest is one suited to the creative types – you need to come up with a concept for a TV ad for the Save the Net Campaign. Your idea will be turned into a nationally aired TVC!
