Trouble Andrew is in town and having fun. After the Mile High Gig, Trouble and Ian Longwell attended the afterparty for the MTV Awards. Above is a shot of Trouble on the Red Carpet… Sunday night was a gig at the Shore Club in Manly. You can see a load of pics after the cut and while we’re waiting on footage of Trouble, you can check out some of Dizzy Rascal from the Mile High Gig here. Trouble’s playing another show on Wednesday in Darlinghurst and for those of you in Melbourne, make sure you get along to the The Toff in Town on Thursday night - See you there!

- Dave : It's on the NYSE. The US arm bought the Aus arm a few years back.
- Drew : Is Quiksilver Australia public? I think it's just America and Quik Aus isn't?
- Dave : But I could be wrong.
- Dave : ie. if you get above 51% you can force all shareholders to sell to you.
- Dave : A controlling share can be taken and a forced - or 'hostile' - takeover can happen. My understanding is that there is an ownership threshhold set in an MOA that allows a forced sale by everyone.
- Drew : Quiksilver went public in 1998, so I doubt they can be "sold". «link»
