POP Magazine » Brian Patch Arrested

According to this article in the San Fransisco Chronical, Brian Patch has been arrested over an incident with a 15 year old girl. There isn’t any detail on the charges really and there are always two sides to a story so I am reserving judgment till we hear Brian’s side. While we wait, I might just practice my Soccer Ref’ing skills.

- Dave : A controlling share can be taken and a forced - or 'hostile' - takeover can happen. My understanding is that there is an ownership threshhold set in an MOA that allows a forced sale by everyone.
