The Quiksilver Elanora Bowlriders comp is on this Saturday May 24th. JK shot me through a reminder with a photo of local Saul Bell using the new full pipe - you can check it out below the cut. Anyway, if you’re in the area, get along - it should be a great day!

- Dave : It's on the NYSE. The US arm bought the Aus arm a few years back.
- Drew : Is Quiksilver Australia public? I think it's just America and Quik Aus isn't?
- Dave : But I could be wrong.
- Dave : ie. if you get above 51% you can force all shareholders to sell to you.
- Dave : A controlling share can be taken and a forced - or 'hostile' - takeover can happen. My understanding is that there is an ownership threshhold set in an MOA that allows a forced sale by everyone.
