This isn’t really news, I just thought it interesting… Tony Hawk (via Joan Raymond) has managed a few words in yesterday’s New York Times - check it out here. Just a short article about traveling with your skateboard. Not exactly Pulitzer worthy and I wouldn’t pick him as the next Bob Woodward, but it’s interesting anyway. Enjoy.
Thanks to a euro named Stefan Hafeneger the iPhone now works with MagLink! He made an app called Barcode that can scan the barcodes used in POP and also the older style ones Telstra has been pushing. I am by no means a hippie, but Tony saying that him and his wife made ‘unnecessary’ trips to L.A. in order to keep their frequent flyer points up is one of the lamest things I have heard in a long time… way to contribute to global warming Tony!
