*UPDATE. Just wanted to bump this up and give you all another chance to win!

Last night was the premiere for Forum’s new shred flick, ‘Forum Or Against’em’. Of all the snowboard films I’ve seen this year, this is my favorite. Anyway beside Jake Blauvelt being a ruler, Forum are also giving away 5 limited edition box sets of the movie, just in case you missed out on the premiere (or want to see it again). All you gots to do is email burtonaustralia@burton.com.au and say you want it. Plain and simple. It’s worth entering just for the awesome sticker pack! Once you’ve done that, check all the photos below (more will be added during the day).

*TONIGHT

Just when you thought it was all over, the good guys at Forum are giving us one last juicy premiere with the long awaited ‘Forum Or Against Em‘. It is being held at The Station Hotel in Greville St Prahran on the 20th of MOvember and the movie starts at 8 p.m Sharp. I have lucky enough to see the film, and it’s good. Pat Moore and Jake Blauvelt wreck shit, and best of all, Peter Line is back. I’ve posted the trailer after the cut for one last look. See you there.

Mike Smith at RPM emailed me yesterday to let me know his local hill, Turoa (N.Z.), finished for the season last weekend. He sent me this gallery of shots and damn, still looks pretty good to me. Turoa actually claimed the Southern Hemisphere’s longest season this year running from mid-June to mid-November, that’s five months of snow! Anyone else feel like migrating?

Transworld Business has a press from Burton saying that they’ve hired Brad Kremer to “head up the company’s cinematography division where he will direct and produce all Burton films, commercials and blogs, as well as manage its film crews worldwide. Moving forward, Burton team riders will focus exclusively on Burton film projects under Brad’s direction.” Damnit! I was going to hire Kremer for our sequel ‘Two Weeks In… The Smell Of Fear” - I guess I’ll just have to settle for his non-union Mexican equivalent. Full press release under the cut.

POP interviewee David Benedek just did a little video for TransWorld that is pretty off the hook. He stomps a Switch BS Rodeo 9, Switch BS Rodeo 12 and a Cab Double Cork 10. Thanks to shoutbox user “Benedek is pro” for the tip. And yes, I agree he is pro.

You might have seen Stu post this amongst the debates in the shoutbox yesterday - Definitely Snow are holding a rail jam at the new Waterfront skatepark in Geelong on Sunday December 7th. The feature is going to be a flat down rail. If you feel like being a part of it and having a ride, the guys will swing you some free beers at the afterparty. The shindig will run from 12pm to around 5ish. Hope to see you there!

DC have launched a series of new funny new commercials for their snowboards. The commercials feature American infomercial salesperson Billy Mays. The first commercial for Iikka’s pro model shows him slicing carrots and washing the bathroom with the board - you can check it out by clicking the above graphic or here.
